Learn more about the Ascend Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at HRI Hospital. Ascend is a structured outpatient mental health treatment program designed for women of color who need a higher level of care than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient hospitalization.

The Ascend PHP provides comprehensive, recovery-focused behavioral health treatment through evidence-based therapies, group therapy, skill-building, and individualized treatment planning. This level of care helps patients manage symptoms, develop coping strategies, and build a strong foundation for long-term mental wellness. Sessions are led by therapists who are BIWoC, so they have a deep understanding of your needs and concerns.
